Cookie Policy

Effective date: 20 August 2026  |  Last updated: 20 August 2026

Version 1.0

Published by: Live & Louder Productions Limited (company no. 2023-00003), 20 Micoud Street, Castries, Saint Lucia ("we", "us", "our").

This policy has two parts. Part A covers the liveandlouder.com information website. Part B covers the Live & Louder streaming service (the web player at watch.liveandlouder.com and our iOS and Android apps). The two behave very differently, so we describe each separately.

1. About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies across the Live & Louder website and streaming service, what they do, and the choices available to you. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally. Where the two differ on how we use cookies, this policy governs.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Effective date" above and, where the changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

"Cookies" are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We use "cookies" in this policy as shorthand for cookies and a range of similar technologies that store or read information on your device, including browser local storage, software development kits (SDKs) in our mobile apps, pixels and tags. On the streaming service, most of what we use is browser or device local storage rather than classic cookies, but the same principles and your same choices apply.

3. Part A — the liveandlouder.com website

The liveandlouder.com information website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, pixels, tags, local storage or SDKs, and embeds no third-party services. It is a static site that may link out to third parties (for example carrier websites, app stores or the streaming service), but it does not embed anything from them and does not track you.

Because nothing non-essential is stored on your device through this website, no cookie banner or consent tool is used or required for it. If this changes, we will update this policy and put appropriate consent controls in place before deploying any non-essential technologies.

4. Part B — the Live & Louder streaming service

The Live & Louder streaming service (the web player and our mobile apps) is operated on our behalf by our technology provider. To sign you in, remember your preferences, deliver video reliably, process payments and protect content, the service stores and reads the items set out below.

Except for the Stripe items, which are cookies, the entries below are browser or device local storage. They are grouped by what they do.

Some items above appear only when you use a particular feature, for example the PayPal item only if you pay with PayPal, and the Adobe Primetime items only if you sign in through a TV provider. The list may be updated as features change.

5. Analytics and advertising

We do not currently deploy analytics or advertising cookies by default on the streaming service. Our platform can be integrated with optional tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or social sign-in, but these are not switched on unless we choose to enable them.

If we enable any analytics, tag-management or advertising technologies in future, we will update this policy and where the law requires consent, ask for your consent before those technologies are used.

6. Your consent and how we rely on these technologies

The strictly necessary technologies in Part B are used to provide a service you have asked for — signing in, keeping your session secure, playing video and taking payment. In most territories these do not require consent, and turning them off would stop the service working.

For any technology that is not strictly necessary (for example analytics or advertising, if enabled), we will obtain consent where required, allow you to accept or reject categories, and keep non-essential technologies switched off until you consent.

7. How to manage or remove these technologies

You can control cookies and local storage through your browser or device settings — for example, blocking or deleting cookies, or clearing site data and local storage. In our mobile apps, you can clear app storage or manage permissions through your device settings, and uninstalling the app removes its stored data.

Because the Part B items are largely strictly necessary, blocking or clearing them may sign you out, reset your preferences, or prevent video from playing. Clearing the payment-provider cookies may affect checkout and fraud checks.

The third parties named above operate under their own policies. For more on how they use data, see Stripe, PayPal and Adobe.

8. Where the service is available, and the laws that apply

The Live & Louder service is offered primarily in the Caribbean territories where it is distributed, with expected use by the diaspora in the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Depending on where you access it from, the following may apply to our use of cookies and similar technologies:

We do not "sell" or "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising through cookies. If that ever changes, we will provide the opt-out choices the law requires.
